About the Role
Riyadh is rapidly emerging as a regional hub for modern retail and consumer brands and at Infinity Lifestyle Trading KSA we are building a fast moving commercial organization focused on premium lifestyle products. We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who can lead revenue growth across multiple channels and help shape the future of our sales strategy. You are not just managing targets you are building scalable sales systems that convert strategy into consistent performance. You will work closely with leadership to expand market reach strengthen key accounts and develop a high performing sales team across the Kingdom

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Execution Lead the development and execution of regional and national sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Key Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with high value clients distributors and retail partners
Team Leadership Manage mentor and develop a growing sales team ensuring consistent performance across all territories
Market Expansion Identify new business opportunities channels and partnerships to increase market penetration
Revenue Optimization Monitor sales performance analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize profitability
Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing supply chain and operations teams to align commercial execution
What We Are Looking For
Experience 6 plus years in sales management with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role handling regional or national accounts
Track Record Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets in competitive consumer driven markets
Leadership Skills Ability to lead motivate and develop sales teams in a fast paced environment
Communication Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision makers
Mindset Highly results driven strategic thinker who can balance short term execution with long term growth planning.
Pay: ﷼18,000.00 - ﷼30,000.00 per month
