Senior Sales Manager-ERP Sales

India

Location-Bangalore

Required Qualifications (In Brief):

8+ years of experience in ERP sales, with at least 3 years in a senior, quota-carrying role. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding multi-crore sales targets.

Deep understanding of ERP systems and end-to-end business processes (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, etc.).

Strong network of decision-makers and influencers (CXOs, CFOs, CIOs) in the assigned region.

Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of revenue responsibilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.

Functional / Domain skills required (if any):

  • Prior experience selling SaaS-based ERP solutions.
  • Familiarity with local business practices, regulations, and cultural nuances of Middle East and/or India.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Other Preferences (if any):

  • Candidate should be willing to travel within and outside of India.
  • Proficiency in Hindi

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
