One of our esteemed clients is seeking a skilled IT Business Development and Sales Manager to drive the growth of their IT business in Qatar and the MENA region. In this role, you will lead sales initiatives, establish strong partnerships, and contribute to high-value IT and cybersecurity projects across both government and private sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead plans to grow the IT business in both the public and private sectors.
• Find and win new sales opportunities and increase company revenue.
• Build strong ties with key partners, vendors, and clients.
• Represent the company in meetings with high-level clients, including government agencies.
• Lead IT sales projects and make sure they are delivered on time and meet client needs.
• Work with internal teams to improve our IT services and solutions.
• Keep an eye on the market and suggest ways to stay ahead of competitors.
• Manage a team of IT professionals and align their goals with business targets.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of experience in IT business development or sales, especially in Qatar or the MENA region.
• Proven success in securing large IT and cybersecurity projects.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Certifications in sales, project management, or IT services are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Qatars IT market, especially in cybersecurity, ERP, cloud, and infrastructure.
