The Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager based in Riyadh to drive revenue growth and manage key customer relationships across Saudi Arabia and the wider MEA region. You will represent Comba in the market, engaging with mobile operators, neutral hosts, and enterprise accounts while independently managing the full sales cycle.


This is a field-based role requiring someone who is present, commercially sharp, technically confident, and highly responsive.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of wireless infrastructure solutions across the assigned territory.
  • Build and manage senior relationships with mobile operators, neutral host operators, and enterprise customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and scoping through to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities proactively.
  • Represent Comba at customer meetings, industry events, and technical forums, with intermediate domestic and regional travel as part of the role.
  • Maintain an active and professional presence on LinkedIn as part of broader business development efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with key mobile operators and NHPs in KSA.


What We Are Looking For

  • Strong technical understanding of wireless infrastructure solutions, including BSA Antennas, DAS, Smallcell, RAN Solutions, Repeaters, Fiber solutions, etc.
  • Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in the telecom infrastructure sector, with a focus on the KSA market.
  • An established network across mobile operators, neutral hosts, and enterprise accounts in Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Based in Riyadh with a long-term commitment to the market.
  • Digitally active with a professional presence on LinkedIn and relevant platforms.
