Summary: This role is remote, based in the Midwest region of the U.S., and requires frequent travel across North America and to the corporate office in Seattle (up to 40%–50%).
The Senior Regional Sales Manager will operate in a hybrid capacity, serving as both the primary account leader for Gordon Food Service (GFS) and a growth driver responsible for developing new business across the Midwest region. This role is accountable for managing and expanding a strategic distributor partnership while identifying, pursuing, and converting new customers to drive profitable growth.
The position requires a highly strategic and entrepreneurial leader who can balance large-scale account management, distributor execution, and new business development, while operating with a strong focus on results, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $128,000 to $165,000.

Work Environment:
This role is remote and requires frequent travel across North America and to the corporate office in Seattle (up to 40%-50%)
In-office work occurs in a typical office environment: temperature-controlled with adequate lighting and moderate noise. Remote employees must maintain an appropriate home office workspace.
Work Ability Requirements:
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods. The role frequently requires use of hands and arms for computer work.
The employee must be able to communicate effectively (talk and hear) and may occasionally stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities include near vision for computer use.
