*Job Title:* Senior Sales Manager - Real Estate

*Experience:* 8-14 years

*Job Type:* Full-time

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Sales Strategy Development*: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.

- *Client Relationship Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients.

- *Team Management*: Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets.

- *Market Analysis*: Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

- *Sales Forecasting*: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.

- *Negotiation and Closing*: Negotiate and close deals effectively.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and relevant legislation

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

*Salary Range:* upto 6L per annum (fixed + performance-linked incentives)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
