Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell IML plastic containers to FMCG, food, and industrial clients. The role involves developing new customers, managing existing accounts, achieving sales targets, and supporting marketing activities to grow the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and develop B2B customers
• Promote IML plastic container products and solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with production and design teams for customer requirements
• Support marketing activities and market research

Requirements:

• Experience in sales/marketing (plastic packaging preferred)
• Knowledge of IML plastic containers is an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel for client meetings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,170.52 - ₹46,868.54 per month
