Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Manager with strong expertise in the jewelry industry, particularly in handling overseas / international customers. The role focuses on driving international sales growth, managing global accounts, and expanding market presence across international regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies for overseas jewelry markets.
• Generate overseas business leads through international exhibitions, trade shows, B2B portals, and direct outreach.
• Manage and grow international customer accounts with a long-term partnership approach.
• Handle the end-to-end overseas order lifecycle, including pricing, negotiations, and order confirmation.
• Coordinate with design, CAD, and production teams to meet customer specifications.
• Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions, buyer meets, and client visits.
• Build and lead a high-performing overseas sales & marketing team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
