Senior Sales Officer

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by targeting new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers, with a specific focus on establishing strategic partnerships and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and target new sales opportunities, especially with local and international companies requiring logistics services.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed financial targets.
• Establish and enhance long-term contracts with global and local shipping companies.
• Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with key clients.
• Prepare competitive and compelling quotes and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Deeply understand customer requirements and propose suitable logistics solutions for their needs.
• Monitor the market and analyze competition to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the logistics and shipping sector in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proven practical experience in contracting and negotiating with major global shipping companies.
• Deep knowledge of the shipping and logistics markets in the UAE and the region.
• A wide network of professional contacts in the sector will be considered a strong advantage.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and within a team framework.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic will be an additional advantage).
• Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office software.
