Senior Sales Officer

Job description

Role & responsibilities

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and contractor network.

· Identify new business opportunities and appoint new dealers.

· Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and schemes.

· Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail counters.

· Coordinate with marketing team for promotional activities.

· Handle primary & secondary sales.

· Collect payments and ensure timely outstanding recovery.

· Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to management.

· Train dealers and painters about product features and benefits.

· Maintain stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/logistics.

Preferred candidate profile

· Graduate Degree in any stream (BA/B.Sc./B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS)

· Preferred Candidates with MBA/PGDM in Sales and Marketing

· Paint Industries sales experience is must
