Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Property Consultant located in New Cairo. As a Senior Property Consultant, your responsibilities will include advising clients on real estate transactions, building long-term client relationships, conducting market analyses, and helping clients make informed decisions. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and representing Urban Miles' values in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting and advisory skills to help clients evaluate property options
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to build and maintain relationships
• Proven ability in sales and negotiating deals to meet targets
• Experience and knowledge in the real estate market, including trends and investment opportunities
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and real estate management software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
