About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking Senior Sales Executive with strong expertise in blockchain business development, strategic analysis, and enterprise relationship management. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving high-value blockchain projects, building lasting partnerships, and expanding the company’s footprint across the global Web3 landscape.
You will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing large-scale blockchain engagements — including custom blockchain development, tokenization ecosystems, DeFi solutions, and digital asset infrastructure projects — while providing consultative guidance to clients throughout their blockchain journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the acquisition and closure of high-value enterprise blockchain projects through strategic networking, relationship management, and solution selling.
- Utilize strong business analysis skills to understand client challenges, design tailored solutions, and build value-driven business proposals.
- Leverage a robust professional network within the blockchain and fintech ecosystem to identify opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Provide expert consultation on blockchain product strategy, including token creation, smart contract deployment, DEX/CEX listings, and marketing execution.
- Work closely with the marketing, technical, and product teams to conceptualize and deliver end-to-end blockchain commercialization solutions.
- Guide enterprise clients through the full blockchain lifecycle — from ideation and development to deployment, token listing, and go-to-market execution.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, investor summits, and blockchain expos to build visibility and brand equity.
- Track sales performance, manage CRM pipelines, and deliver regular business intelligence reports to the executive team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales, with a proven record of closing large-scale technology or blockchain deals.
- Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems — including DeFi, NFTs, tokenization, smart contracts, Layer 1/Layer 2 networks, and Web3 infrastructure.
- Strong grasp of blockchain marketing, go-to-market strategies, and token listing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with an executive presence.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business models and translate technical solutions into clear commercial value.
- Well-established connections within the blockchain, crypto, or fintech industries.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) and solid understanding of modern sales automation platforms.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously, influence decision-makers, and deliver measurable results.
