What You’ll Do
· Lead high-volume outbound calling campaigns to engage business customers and decision-makers.
· Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them with our partners’ services.
· Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic selling and pipeline management.
· Mentor and support junior sales representatives, sharing best practices and coaching on performance improvement.
· Collaborate with sales leadership to refine scripts, outreach strategies, and customer engagement processes.
· Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize performance, and report insights to management.
· Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and clients.
· Represent Adminibble with professionalism and deep product knowledge in every interaction.
What You’ll Need
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred – Not Mandatory).
· Experience: Minimum 3 years of outbound sales or B2B sales experience, preferably in an outbound call centre or SaaS environment.
· Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing a robust sales pipeline.
Skills:
· Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
· Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and adjust tactics accordingly.
· Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales enablement tools.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Work Environment
· Office-based role with extended periods of sitting and headset use.
· Moderate noise typical of a call centre setting.
· Occasional team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
