Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Representative based in Riyadh. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for actively engaging with potential and existing clients, identifying their needs, and proposing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. Key tasks include generating leads, negotiating contracts, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The role will also include tracking sales metrics to meet or exceed assigned targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong abilities in Negotiation, Persuasion, and Closing Sales
• Excellent Communication, Active Listening, and Presentation skills
• Analytical skills for Market Research and Sales Forecasting
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a client-facing environment
• Previous experience in a similar role in the same industry or geography is advantageous
