We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative with strong sales experience, excellent follow-up, and the ability to close high-value kitchen and remodeling projects.
This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for someone who has already proven they can sell, close, manage customers, and stay organized through the full sales process.
Compensation
The compensation structure includes base pay plus commission.
Base Pay:
- First 2 weeks: $500 per week
- After the initial ramp-up period: $700 per week
Commission:
Commission is paid once the customer’s 50% deposit is collected.
- 2% commission on monthly sales up to $149,999
- 3% commission on monthly sales from $150,000 to $249,999
- 4% commission on monthly sales of $250,000+
Commission is paid bi-weekly.
For the right experienced candidate, this position offers strong earning potential with steady inbound leads and a high average project value.
Responsibilities
- Follow up quickly with inbound leads by phone, text, and email
- Schedule showroom appointments with homeowners, contractors, and builders
- Meet customers in person and understand their kitchen or remodeling needs
- Present cabinet options, countertop options, pricing, and project details
- Work with designers and internal team members to prepare quotes
- Close sales and collect customer deposits
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM
- Follow the company sales process from first contact through handoff
- Communicate clearly with customers during the sales and project process
- Build strong relationships with repeat customers, contractors, and referral partners
- Help maintain a professional showroom and strong customer experience
Requirements
- Strong previous sales experience required
- Experience in cabinets, countertops, kitchen and bath, remodeling, construction, flooring, windows, roofing, or home improvement sales preferred
- Proven ability to close deals
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Comfortable selling high-ticket projects
- Able to work with customers in person, by phone, text, and email
- Organized and able to manage multiple active leads and projects
- Comfortable using a CRM or willing to learn
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Must be reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Must be able to work Saturdays
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
