Overview

At norbloc we build ecosystems for sharing of validated data and solutions for financial institutions looking to digitize and improve the efficiency of client onboarding and data management processes. Our client portfolio includes government institutions and tier 1 financial organizations, reflecting norbloc's trusted partnerships across different regions. We are now growing the team to support our expanding client portfolio and further develop our data sharing platforms. We are seeking a Sales Associate with great communication and interpersonal skills to be part of our sales team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities
  • Expand B2B customer base across the MENA region through targeted cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls and networking.
  • Generate qualified leads, foster direct communication with prospects, and develop trusting relationships to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct industry research to identify growth opportunities and influence value propositions.
  • Develop deep understanding of norbloc products to provide prospects with accurate information.
  • Assist in organizing and executing sales processes, maintaining HubSpot CRM efficiently.
  • Support the Sales Team internally to create a functional and engaging environment.
  • Learn and grow in a pioneering, high growth, and dynamic environment; bring ideas to the decision making process.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in B2B software sales or a similar role.
  • University degree in Business or a relevant field of studies.
  • Strong industry and market knowledge regarding KYC/AML compliance, financial services, and RegTech.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is considered a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and a customer first attitude.
  • Creative problem solving, self motivation, and strong team spirit.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
