Position Overview
We are looking for a top-tier Senior Sales Representative with a proven track record in pet products, veterinary solutions, or related healthcare sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and expanding market presence in a competitive and growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with veterinary clinics, pet stores, and distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industry partners
- Educate customers on Gingivite’s product benefits and value proposition
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed
- Provide market feedback to leadership on trends, competition, and customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of proven success in sales (pet industry, veterinary, or healthcare preferred)
- Strong network within veterinary clinics, pet retail, or animal health sectors is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
- Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target veterinary clinics, pet care providers, and distributors within your assigned territory.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of pet dental health products and veterinary solutions.
- Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored product recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements that support business growth.
- Lead outside sales efforts through regular client visits, trade shows, and industry events to expand market reach.
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and usage instructions clearly to veterinary professionals.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for product development and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the pharmaceutical or medical sales sectors, preferably with pet dental health or veterinary products.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated success in account management and outside sales roles with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in conducting product demos and technical sales presentations that effectively address customer needs.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, along with analysis skills for market data interpretation.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate clients and team members alike while managing multiple accounts efficiently.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or medical device regulations is a plus; certification in relevant fields is advantageous.
