Senior Sales Specialist

Made in Earth is searching for motivated Senior Sales Specialist to join our growing marketing team at Made In Earth . The ideal candidate preferably to have previous experience in marketing agencies and a understanding of digital marketing services. 

Requirements:

• from 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Specialist in a Marketing Agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Very good command of English (spoken & written).
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients for marketing services.
• Present and sell company services (Social Media, Performance Marketing, Branding, Content Creation, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable marketing solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals and contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client data.
