About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, motivated Sales Representative who’s ready to capitalize on inbound momentum and an exploding market. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from lead engagement and demo to close — helping law firms modernize their intake process with cutting-edge AI automation.

This is a remote, commission position with no earning caps. If you thrive in high-energy, results-driven environments, this is your stage. We are experiencing accelerated deal flow and looking to onboard this month.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound law-firm leads with professionalism and urgency.
• Conduct tailored demos that demonstrate ROI and time savings.
• Build relationships with firm owners, partners, and administrators.
• Track all sales activity in CRM and maintain a steady, predictable pipeline.
• Collaborate with leadership on messaging, market insights, and client feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or professional services.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Self-driven closer who thrives in a performance-based role.
• Tech-savvy and able to communicate complex ideas simply.
• Experience in legal tech, CRMs, or automation tools (Clio, Lawmatics, Lead Docket) preferred.
• Excited by the potential of AI and voice technology to transform industries.

Earning Potential

With increased deal flow, top performers are now earning $150K – $180K+ annually, and consistent closers average $90K – $130K. All earnings are commission-based, paid upon successful client activation.
