Job Description:

We are looking for a highly professional Senior Sales Specialist with 4+ years of proven experience in full-cycle sales. The ideal candidate can manage companies/clients from initial outreach to closing the deal, handling the entire sales process independently.

This is a remote role, starting with a paid project-based trial, leading to a full-time position with salary plus commission based on performance. We are seeking someone fluent, highly professional, and results-driven, capable of executing outbound campaigns and consistently closing clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of proven professional sales experience
• Strong experience in outbound campaigns and full-cycle sales
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
• Highly professional, fluent in English, and confident in client interactions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Proven track record of closing deals independently
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international clients or agencies
• Knowledge of social media, marketing, or creative service industries
• Experience managing high-value or B2B deals
