Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to target the U.S. market from our Karachi office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on cold calling, closing deals, and earning uncapped commissions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Make 100+ outbound cold calls daily to U.S. prospects</li><li>Identify customer needs and pitch tailored logistics solutions</li><li>Handle objections and close deals efficiently</li><li>Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing</li><li>Maintain CRM and follow up consistently</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of cold calling / sales experience</li><li>Fluent English (spoken is critical)</li><li>Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills</li><li>Ability to work night shift (6 PM &ndash; 3 AM PKT)</li><li>Auto transport experience is a strong plus</li></ul>Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
