Senior Sales & Store Supervisor La Villa

La Villa is looking for an experienced, confident and proactive Senior Sales & Store Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales

* Manage daily store operations and floor presentation

* Coordinate with brands for stock replenishment and new arrivals

* Oversee exhibitions and in-store events

* Monitor stock levels and ensure bestsellers are replenished

* Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal displays

* Supervise junior staff and ensure tasks are completed

* Maintain store standards, cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years retail sales experience

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Organized, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks

* Experience dealing with premium brands is preferred

* Must be comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel and basic reporting
