We’re seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner specializing in Salesforce and Marketo to bridge the gap between Sales, Marketing, and technical teams. As a BA/PO, you’ll capture requirements for Salesforce CRM and Marketo marketing automation, manage the product backlog, define features, and work closely with Agile Scrum teams to deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to capture requirements for Salesforce CRM and Marketo
- Translate business needs into user stories for Salesforce and Marketo development teams
- Define and prioritize Salesforce and Marketo features (Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns, Automation)
- Manage and maintain the product backlog in Jira/Rally, including regular refinement
- Lead sprint planning, demos, and backlog grooming sessions
- Oversee testing (regression, UAT, performance) for Salesforce and Marketo implementations
- Create Salesforce reports and dashboards for business users
- Identify process improvements in Salesforce, Marketo, and related Digital Transformation tools
- Communicate risks and solutions to stakeholders; support SAFe ceremonies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years in business analysis/product ownership with Salesforce and Marketo
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Leads, Opportunities, Sales process, CRM workflows)
- Deep understanding of Marketo marketing automation (campaigns, lead nurturing, engagement)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing cycles and go-to-market applications
- Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder)
- 3+ years with go-to-market tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Azure
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketo integrations

Pay: $120,419.04 - $123,864.17 per year
