The Impact You’ll Make

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will serve as the strategic and technical lead on complex Salesforce engagements. You’ll facilitate discovery sessions, translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, oversee configuration and integration efforts, and guide clients through change management, while mentoring team members and upholding industry best practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead discovery & design. Facilitate workshops, document current‑state processes, and develop future‑state solution architectures.
  • Architect multi‑cloud solutions. Design and configure Salesforce orgs across Education Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, leveraging declarative and programmatic tools.
  • Own project delivery. Drive planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, UAT coordination, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Quality assurance. Conduct peer design reviews and ensure adherence to security, performance, and scalability best practices.
  • Trusted advisor. Guide client stakeholders on strategic road‑maps, adoption strategies, and measurable KPIs.
  • Mentor & share knowledge. Provide informal coaching to consultants and associates and contribute to internal enablement resources (no direct line‑management duties).
  • Support growth. Collaborate with Engagement Directors and Solution Architects on estimates, proposals, and thought‑leadership content.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce consulting or enterprise administration experience, including 3+ years leading multi‑cloud implementations.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification plus two Consultant‑level certifications (e.g., Nonprofit Cloud, Education Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). Bonus for Platform App Builder, OmniStudio, Integration Architect, or Marketing Cloud Consultant.
  • Deep expertise in data migration, integration patterns, Lightning Web Components, Flows/Automations, and release management.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, facilitate workshops, and translate complex business needs into simple, scalable solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with agile PM tools (Jira, Asana) and DevOps pipelines (Gearset, Copado).
  • Familiarity with fundraising, program management, or student‑lifecycle processes in nonprofit or education sectors.
  • Contributions to Salesforce community events, blogs, or user groups.
