Senior Salesforce Developer

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce apps using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.
• Customize and extend Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, FSL to meet complex requirements.
• Implement Einstein AI, Flows, and Process Builder for intelligent automation.
• Lead integrations (incl. CTA integrations, external APIs, third-party apps); execute Zendesk → Salesforce migration.
• Ensure data quality, performance, and synchronization across connected systems.
• Convert business requirements into technical designs; uphold security, governance, and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews; contribute to CI/CD and release pipelines.
• Partner with Ops, Pay, Support, BI and mentor junior developers; stay current with Salesforce releases and AI enhancements.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.

Technical

• Proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs.
• Strong integration patterns & tools (e.g., REST/SOAP, Mulesoft/Boomi or similar).
• Experience with Einstein Analytics/AI, predictive insights, recommendations.
• Familiar with CTA integrations, Zendesk migration, and Salesforce DevOps (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model, sharing/security, governor limits.

Pay: ﷼18,000.00 - ﷼22,000.00 per month
