We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our highly customized Salesforce environment, supporting critical business operations and firm-wide initiatives. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on custom development, integrations, and scalable architecture.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Experience Cloud
- Build custom portals, case management tools, and workflow solutions
- Develop integrations with external systems, APIs, and third-party platforms
- Architect scalable data models and optimize Salesforce performance
- Lead code reviews and support modern development practices, including Git, SFDX, and CI/CD
- Partner directly with leadership and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Evaluate and implement Salesforce AI capabilities, including Einstein Copilot and Agentforce
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 6-10+ years of Salesforce development experience in customized environments
- Strong Apex development skills, including triggers, asynchronous processing, integrations, and test coverage
- Advanced experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience building Experience Cloud portals and external user solutions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, and performance optimization
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to independently own projects from design through deployment
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or related certifications
- Experience with Einstein AI, Copilot, Agentforce, or Prediction Builder
- Experience integrating Box, SharePoint, or similar platforms
- Experience in legal, healthcare, insurance, or other workflow-driven environments
