Senior Salesman / Outlet Manager

We are urgently hiring experienced and professional candidates for the positions of Senior Salesman and Outlet Manager. Candidates having strong experience in sales, customer dealing, and showroom/shop management will be given preference. Fresh candidates are not required at this time.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle showroom and outlet sales professionally
• Manage customers and maintain strong communication
• Achieve sales targets and improve outlet performance
• Supervise daily showroom operations efficiently
• Guide junior staff and maintain discipline at the outlet
• Ensure excellent customer service and professional product dealing

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICom or equivalent)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or shop management
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Experience in showroom handling or retail sales will be preferred
• Responsible, confident, and target-oriented personality

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: PKR 45,000 – 50,000
• Attractive Monthly Commission
