Senior SAP Business One (SAP B1) Developer – Integration & Enterprise Systems

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Business One (SAP B1) Developer with deep expertise in SAP B1 integrations, business process automation, and enterprise application connectivity. This role is critical to designing, developing, and supporting integrations between SAP Business One and our proprietary platform, as well as our customers' ERP systems, suppliers, logistics providers, marketplaces, financial institutions, and other external business applications.

The ideal candidate must possess extensive hands-on experience with SAP B1 architecture, APIs, Service Layer, DI API, B1if, database development, and end-to-end business process integrations. Strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes is essential.

This is a senior technical leadership role requiring the ability to architect scalable integration solutions, troubleshoot complex business process issues, and collaborate directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Business One Integration Development

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain SAP Business One integrations with internal and external systems.
• Build and support integrations between SAP B1 and:
• Customer systems
• Supplier systems
• E-commerce platforms
• Marketplace platforms
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Shipping carriers
• CRM systems
• Financial systems
• Procurement platforms
• Manufacturing systems
• Third-party business applications
• Develop real-time, near real-time, and batch integrations using APIs, web services, EDI, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and middleware technologies.
• Lead integration architecture discussions and define best practices for enterprise connectivity.

Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process Expertise

Must have deep understanding and implementation experience with:

• Develop SAP B1 customizations using SDK, UI API, DI API, and Service Layer.
• Create custom add-ons and extensions.
• Build custom forms, screens, workflows, and business logic.
• Develop custom validation rules and transaction notifications.
• Extend SAP B1 functionality to support business-specific requirements.
• Design reusable integration frameworks and components.

API Development & Enterprise Connectivity

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and web services.
• Integrate SAP B1 with cloud and on-premise applications.
• Implement secure authentication methods including OAuth, JWT, API Keys, and SSO solutions.
• Develop API orchestration and middleware solutions.
• Build event-driven and message-based integrations.
• Create scalable integration architectures capable of supporting high transaction volumes.

Database Development

• Develop complex SQL and SAP HANA queries.
• Create stored procedures, functions, triggers, and optimized data structures.
• Design data synchronization and migration processes.
• Support reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
• Optimize performance across SAP B1 databases and integration platforms.

Technical Leadership

• Lead integration projects from requirements through deployment.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical mentorship.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Work directly with customers to gather integration requirements.
• Participate in solution design workshops and technical discovery sessions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Business One integrations.

Support & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve complex SAP B1 integration issues.
• Analyze business process failures across multiple systems.
• Monitor integration performance and reliability.
• Implement logging, alerting, and error-handling frameworks.
• Support production environments and critical customer implementations.

Required QualificationsExperience

• 8+ years of SAP Business One development experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise integration experience.
• Proven experience implementing SAP B1 integrations across multiple business domains.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP B1 environments.
• Strong customer-facing consulting experience.

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs280,000.00 per month
