Job title :- SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll – Senior Consultant

Job Description

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and experience with integration between SuccessFactors modules .
• Familiarity with SF Launch or Activate implementation methodology .
• Experience in system configuration , data migration , unit and integration testing , and post-go-live support .
• Acts as a Solution Architect/Subject Matter Expert , leading workshops and advising clients on best practices.
• Proficiency in SAP functionality , business process mapping , and documentation standards.
• Exposure to or knowledge of S/4HANA is an added advantage.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) for documentation and presentations.
