Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with strong domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting. You will lead end-to-end SAP implementations, support projects, migrations, and collaborate with clients to deliver best-in-class FICO solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze client business requirements and design SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions aligned to business goals.

Lead and participate in full-cycle implementation: configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live.

Conduct workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend process improvements.

Develop and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Configure key modules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Profitability Analysis.

Mentor junior consultants and guide project teams.

Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, architects, and PMs to ensure smooth system integration.

Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end-users.

Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA FICO trends and contribute to internal process improvements.

Act as a subject matter expert for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related fields (CA preferred).

8+ years experience as SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant.

Minimum 5–6 full lifecycle implementations completed.

Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.

Experience in support and migration projects.

Excellent communication skills in English.

SAP S/4HANA FICO Certification is a plus.

Willingness to travel for client visits.
