Here are the details of our job posting:

What makes you a good fit:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module.
• Expertise in payroll processes: Social security (SGK), taxation, benefits, severance/notice pay, overtime, annual leave, etc.
• Knowledge of ECP architecture and integration: Data flow between EC and ECP, use of BIB (Business Integration Builder).
• Experience in global payroll and localization: Specific info types for Turkish payroll processes (e.g., Info Type 769 for SGK).
• Knowledge of S/4HANA and SuccessFactors integration.
• Preferably has experience in holding companies and holds SAP SF Certification.
