📢 We’re Hiring – Senior SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) Consultant

Dar Albarmajah is looking for an experienced Senior SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our team in Egypt. This role will be part of a major SAP transformation program, ensuring high-quality HR solutions and seamless business integration.

Contract Type: 1 Year (extendable)

Work Mode: Hybrid (onsite & remote)

Location: Egypt

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC covering core HR, employee master data, and organizational management.

Ensure smooth integration of EC with Payroll, Time Management, Finance, and other SAP modules.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with organizational objectives.

Manage the complete project lifecycle: configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Drive continuous improvement of EC processes and system capabilities.

Safeguard HR data integrity and compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

8–10 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors EC experience with multiple full-cycle implementations.

Strong expertise in employee master data management and organizational management.

Proven ability to integrate EC with Payroll, Time, and Finance modules.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

SAP SuccessFactors EC certification highly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

Must be based in Egypt and available to join immediately.
