Senior SDR – Real Estate

Role Overview

We are seeking a disciplined and professional Senior SDR to manage inbound real estate leads for residential builders and real estate operators.

This role is responsible for engaging new inquiries quickly, qualifying prospects, nurturing conversations, and booking high-quality appointments for our clients' sales teams.

You will work inside structured CRM systems with automation and AI support, ensuring no lead goes cold and every opportunity is properly qualified.

Compensation: $4 per hour + commission tied to appointments booked and show rates.

This is not a call center position.

This is a performance-based sales support role.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound leads immediately via phone, SMS, and email

Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (budget, timeline, intent, location, etc.)

Book qualified appointments into client calendars

Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline stages

Follow structured follow-up sequences

Re-engage aged or unresponsive leads

Confirm appointments to improve show rates

Report daily activity and KPIs
