Senior SEO Executive

🕘 Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

📍 Work Location: Onsite – Noida, Sector 63

🗣 Interview Mode: Face-to-Face only (No virtual interviews)

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute result-oriented SEO strategies focused on organic traffic and lead generation
• Own keyword mapping, technical SEO, and on-page optimization frameworks
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams
• Analyze performance metrics (traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, ROI)
• Identify growth opportunities across SERPs, featured snippets, and local SEO
• Plan and manage high-quality link-building campaigns
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and implement proactive strategies
• Optimize landing pages and content funnels for better organic lead quality
• Mentor junior SEO team members when required

✅ Requirements:

• 3–4 years of strong SEO experience (in-house or high-impact projects preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of Technical SEO & site audits
• Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, Surfer SEO, AI/ChatGPT SEO tools
• Proven experience in driving organic leads or sales
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Knowledge of Local SEO, schema & content optimization frameworks
• Strong analytical and communication skills
