Role Description We are looking for a highly technical and data-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring our B2B platforms (Logistics Marketplaces & Industrial Directories) dominate search results for competitive keywords in the global market. You must move beyond basic keywords and master technical SEO, site architecture, and international ranking factors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical SEO: Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify and fix crawl errors, speed issues, and indexing problems.
• Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute successful on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and domain authority.
• Keyword Dominance: Perform deep keyword research targeting high-value B2B terms in the Logistics, Supply Chain, and Industrial sectors.
• Link Building: Manage high-quality backlink acquisition strategies to strengthen our off-page profile.
• Analytics: Monitor traffic performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to provide actionable insights and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 7-8 years minimum in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with a proven track record of ranking difficult keywords.
• Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical web constraints (HTML/CSS/JS impact on SEO).
• Tool Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data and translate it into effective strategies.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, IT, or related field.
