About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Psychology + Mass Communication to join our expanding academic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the CBSE curriculum and be capable of delivering engaging online classes for 9th - 12th Grade students,

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality online classes and prepare engaging study materials (copyright-free PPTs, worksheets, assessments).
• Plan and execute lesson plans, completion schedules, and evaluations.
• Prepare blueprints, question papers, and weekly study plans.
• Mentor students, conduct PTMs, and support academic growth.
• Maintain class decorum, attend training sessions, and use LMS tools effectively.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Political Science / History or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years of teaching experience .
• Certification (if any): B.Ed.

Technical Skills

• Subject Expertise: In-depth knowledge and ability to handle the CBSE curriculum and examination processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, internet tools, and online teaching platforms (Zoom/Meet/Skype).
• Ability to effectively utilize Learning Management System (LMS) tools for class management and content delivery.
• Skilled in preparing digital study materials (PPTs, worksheets) and assessments.

Soft Skills

• Communication & Presentation: Strong online teaching and presentation skills for high-quality class delivery.
• Planning & Organization: Excellent planning and organizational skills for lesson plans, schedules, and evaluations.
• Classroom Management: Effective skills to maintain class decorum in a virtual environment.
• Interpersonal & Mentoring: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for mentoring students and conducting Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).

Infrastructure Requirements:

• Laptop/computer with webcam, good lighting, and 30 Mbps internet.
• Quality headphones, power backup, and a graphic tab for teaching.
