Job description

A Senior SEO Executive develops and executes comprehensive SEO strategies, conducts keyword research, and optimizes on-page, off-page, and technical SEO elements to improve search rankings and organic traffic. This role requires proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs, collaboration with content and development teams, and the ability to analyze data and report on performance. Staying updated on search engine trends and algorithm changes is also critical.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategy and implementation: Develop and execute advanced on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings.
  • Keyword research: Conduct in-depth keyword research and mapping to identify opportunities and support content development.
  • On-page optimization: Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, and content to improve search engine visibility.
  • Off-page optimization: Implement link-building and other off-page techniques to enhance authority and rankings.
  • Technical SEO: Work with developers to ensure the website is technically optimized, which may include improving site architecture and performance.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor SEO performance metrics, analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and provide actionable insights.
  • Reporting: Create and present detailed reports on performance, insights, and competitor analysis to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Partner with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO is integrated into all aspects of the website and its content.
  • Trend monitoring: Stay informed about the latest search engine algorithm updates, trends, and emerging technologies in SEO and AI.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Deep knowledge of keyword research, content strategy, and semantic SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress and Shopify is often required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
