As a Senior SEO Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing data-driven organic growth strategies to increase high-quality traffic, visibility, and conversions through search engines. You will work extensively across On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, playing a pivotal role in driving measurable results for top-tier brands by combining strategic thinking with hands-on implementation and performance analysis.Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value, business-aligned keywords and phrases that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead the development of comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.

Conduct in-depth keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.

Create and manage SEO roadmaps for multiple brands, including timelines, priorities, and projected impact.

Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for target keywords, user intent, and search-friendly architecture.

Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content briefs, topic clusters, and internal linking strategies.

Ensure proper usage of meta tags, header structures, schema markup, image optimization, and URL best practices.

Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and Core Web Vitals.

Work closely with developers to implement technical fixes, including redirects, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, and structured data.

Monitor and improve site health using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and other SEO audit tools.

Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.

Identify and engage with relevant websites, publishers, and platforms for backlinks, PR placements, and collaborations.

Track backlink profile quality and manage disavow files where required.

Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics across websites.

Use tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other SEO platforms to analyze performance.

Create clear, insightful SEO performance reports with data-backed recommendations and action plans.

Support Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with QA-checked data, dashboards, and strategic insights.

Provide inputs on landing page UX, content hierarchy, and user journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Coordinate A/B testing plans for headlines, CTAs, layout, and content elements to improve performance from organic traffic.

Manage end-to-end SEO deliverables for assigned brands – from audit and strategy to execution and ongoing optimization.

Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Design, Tech, Performance Marketing) to ensure aligned digital growth efforts.

Present SEO strategies, performance updates, and next steps to leadership and clients in a clear, structured manner.

Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices.

Track competitors’ organic strategies, content initiatives, and SERP presence to identify opportunities and threats.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Mass Communication, IT, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related discipline.
Experience: 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO with proven results in improving rankings, traffic, and conversions for brands.
