We are looking for a Senior SEO and Digital Growth Director who will take ownership of our organic acquisition strategy across multiple markets. You will not just manage rankings; you will define growth strategy, lead high impact initiatives, and drive measurable business outcomes.

You will lead a team of SEO specialists, content strategists, and analysts, bridging the gap between technical optimization and commercial performance. You are the voice of data driven growth in a room full of executives, marketers, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy Ownership
Develop and execute enterprise level SEO strategies across multiple regions and industries

Technical SEO Leadership
Oversee site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and performance optimization initiatives

Content and Growth Strategy
Lead keyword strategy, content planning, and search intent optimization to drive qualified traffic

Team Leadership
Manage and mentor senior and mid level SEO specialists and digital marketers

Data and Performance Analysis
Track rankings, traffic, and revenue impact using analytics tools and provide executive level reporting

Cross Functional Collaboration
Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated

Stakeholder Management
Present strategies, insights, and results to leadership and external partners with clear business impact

What We Are Looking For

Experience
10 plus years in SEO and digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role

Proven Impact
Demonstrated success scaling organic traffic and revenue for enterprise or high growth companies

Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of technical SEO, site audits, and search engine algorithms

Tooling
Advanced experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and leading SEO platforms

Leadership
Experience managing distributed teams and driving performance at scale

Mindset
You are results driven and strategic. You balance long term growth initiatives with quick wins that deliver measurable results

Pay: RO3,500.000 - RO4,200.000 per month
