Senior SEO Content Writer

i3MEDIA is seeking an experienced Senior SEO Content Writer to join our SEO team and play a key role in delivering impactful client campaigns.

This position involves producing engaging, original website content across a variety of industries. You’ll be responsible for identifying content gaps, developing solutions through creative copy, and ensuring all output is aligned with SEO best practices and the latest Google updates.

A creative mindset, strategic approach, and strong understanding of search engine optimisation are essential for success in this role.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognised university (local or international).

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce well-researched, high-quality content for online and offline use.
  • Plan and manage content schedules, delivering drafts and final versions on time.
  • Apply SEO strategies to maximise visibility, rankings, and engagement.
  • Develop tailored content strategies to support client objectives across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and account managers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Write compelling copy for websites, blogs, emails, product descriptions, and more.
  • Conduct research and transform insights into accurate, engaging content.
  • Edit and proofread to ensure clarity, consistency, and high standards of quality.
  • Monitor content performance through KPIs, analyse results, and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, Google algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Support wider campaign initiatives with content-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing versatile writing skills across multiple formats (B2B and B2C).
  • Excellent command of English, with strong grammar, idiomatic use, and awareness of trends.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at simplifying complex or technical topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Grammarly and AI-assisted platforms (e.g., ChatGPT).
  • Understanding of branding and strict adherence to client style guidelines.
  • Positive, adaptable, and receptive to feedback.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of proven professional writing experience.
  • Demonstrated success producing content for a mix of industries, including both B2B and B2C audiences.
