Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive to manage and execute SEO strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, SEO audits, and the ability to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. The role involves collaboration with the SEO team to align SEO strategies with brand goals and overall marketing objectives. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that the website is technically optimized to enhance its visibility and performance across search engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to guide content creation and optimization strategies.
• Perform on-page SEO activities, including content optimization, meta tag creation, and keyword placement.
• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to website performance, site speed, URL structure, mobile optimization, and more.
• Manage Google My Business (GMB) profiles and optimize for local SEO.
• Execute link-building, schema implementation, and authority management strategies
• Blog Posting & Backlinking
• Analyze monthly performance and report on the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
• Stay updated on healthcare marketing trends, search engine algorithms, and compliance standards.
• Share knowledge with the junior team members on SEO best practices and tools.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to enhance SEO efforts across platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare or
• agency environments.
• Deep knowledge of Google (and Bing) algorithms, healthcare keywords, andSERP features.
• Proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics/Search Console,Screaming Frog and similar tools.
• Technical SEO understanding: site architecture, schema, mobile-first optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain data to non-technical audiences.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with a record of using SEO analytics for insights.

· Should be a graduate or post-graduate from a recognised university, and preferably schooling done from an English medium school.
