Senior SEO Executive (SaaS)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SEO Executive with proven experience in the SaaS industry to lead and execute our organic growth strategy. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of SEO performance, identify growth opportunities, and deliver measurable business results.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience growing organic traffic, building topical authority, improving keyword rankings, and generating qualified leads through SEO-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Drive organic growth for SaaS products through technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO initiatives.
- Conduct advanced keyword research focused on user intent, product use cases, and buyer journeys.
- Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, site architecture, page speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and redirects.
- Plan and execute ethical link-building campaigns to strengthen domain authority and organic visibility.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance, identifying opportunities to improve rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimize landing pages and content to improve click-through rates, lead generation, and overall SEO ROI.
- Stay up to date with Google’s algorithm updates, AI search developments, and evolving SEO best practices.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within SaaS.
- Demonstrated success in growing organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and generating qualified leads through SEO.
- Strong understanding of Semantic SEO, topical authority, search intent, and modern content strategies.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, and similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, structured data, and SEO best practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to review, edit, and guide content for SEO effectiveness and user experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with international SaaS products and competitive global markets.
- Experience scaling organic traffic in highly competitive niches.
- Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and SEO-driven lead generation strategies.
