Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior SEO Strategist / SEO Manager / SEO Team Lead to manage SEO strategy, technical SEO, content optimization, and team leadership for international and local projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content Strategy, and SEO Team Management with proven results in improving organic traffic and keyword rankings.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and leads
• Plan SEO roadmaps based on keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent
• Improve website visibility in local and international search engines
• Identify SEO growth opportunities using data analysis

Technical SEO

• Perform technical SEO audits and fix website issues
• Improve crawlability, indexing, and site structure
• Optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and internal linking
• Improve Core Web Vitals and page speed
• Handle JavaScript SEO (SSR / CSR issues)
• Implement schema markup and structured data

Content & On-Page SEO

• Create keyword clustering and content strategies
• Optimize landing pages, blogs, and service pages
• Improve search intent alignment and topical authority
• Conduct content audits and content gap analysis
• Implement EEAT-based SEO improvements

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

• Develop white-hat link building strategies
• Manage outreach and backlink acquisition campaigns
• Analyze competitor backlink profiles
• Monitor and remove toxic backlinks when needed

Analytics & Reporting

• Track SEO performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions
• Prepare SEO reports and dashboards
• Analyze algorithm updates and recovery strategies

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor SEO team members
• Review SEO work and ensure quality standards
• Improve internal SEO processes and SOPs
• Coordinate with content writers, developers, and designers

Required Skills

• 5+ years SEO experience (agency or in-house preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO
• Experience with keyword research, content strategy, and link building
• Understanding of Google ranking factors and algorithms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management experience

• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Ahrefs
• SEMrush
• Screaming Frog
• Sitebulb
• Google Tag Manager
• Looker Studio

CMS Experience

• WordPress
• Shopify
• Custom CMS platforms

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience with international SEO (US/UK/Canada markets)
• Knowledge of AI SEO (AEO / GEO / Semantic SEO)
• Experience with SEO automation or Python (optional)
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics
• Published SEO case studies
