Senior SEO Manager / Head of SEO

Our company is expanding, and we’re looking for a high-level SEO professional with proven experience to join our office and take full leadership of our SEO division.

This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-growing environment, manages teams effectively, and can create long-term SEO strategies that drive real results.

What We’re Looking For

We need a candidate with:

5–10+ years of professional SEO experience

Deep knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO

Strong leadership abilities to manage and mentor an SEO team

Experience overseeing multiple projects across different industries

Ability to develop complete SEO roadmaps, measure performance, and optimize workflow

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the SEO team and oversee day-to-day strategy execution

Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical audits

Collaborate with developers, designers, marketers, and content creators

Monitor performance metrics and deliver insightful reports

Ensure constant progress in rankings, traffic, and conversions

Stay up to date with Google algorithm changes and industry best practices
