The Professional Deal:

• Total Autonomy: You are the Lead. You decide the Pillars, the Clusters, and the Technical Roadmap.
• Sanity: No late-night client calls. No impossible deadlines. Just deep, strategic work.

The Mandate (Strategic Ownership):

• The Roadmap: Design the Q1-Q4 SEO strategy. Move us from "Keywords" to "Topical Authority."
• The Pivot: Lead our transition into GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to rank in AI Overviews.
• The Data: Use GA4 to prove lead quality, not just vanity traffic metrics.

Your Team:

• You will supervise the Content Team and Technical Executives.
• Your job is to provide the Vision, ensuring the team executes perfectly.

• The Strategist: You have 3+ Years of SEO experience. You are done with basic link building.
