The Role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist with 10+ years of hands-on experience to join our Lahore office. You will lead SEO strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, working with US-based clients. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who has managed complex SEO campaigns, delivered measurable results, and can mentor junior team members.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple client websites across various industries
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement fixes
• Perform keyword research and develop content optimization strategies
• Analyze Google Search Console and GA4 data to identify optimization opportunities
• Optimize existing pages to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions
• Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• Build and execute link building strategies
• Track SEO performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights
• Stay current with algorithm updates and SEO best practices
• Coordinate with developers and content teams to implement SEO recommendations
• Guide and support junior SEO team members

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on SEO experience (required)
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4
• Strong technical SEO skills including site audits, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Moz
• Proven track record of improving rankings and organic traffic for client websites
• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, content optimization, and search intent
• Experience with WordPress websites
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Able to work on-site at our Bahria Town, Lahore office

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as SEO Team Lead or SEO Manager
• Experience mentoring or managing junior SEO team members
• Experience with AI SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Experience with ecommerce SEO (Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or professional services industries
• Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications
• Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
