Senior SEO Specialist

Job Title: Team Lead – SEO

Shift: Night Shift (Monday – Friday) | 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Important Requirement:

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory as the candidate will be interacting with international clients and company leadership.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead who can plan and execute advanced SEO strategies and manage SEO projects effectively. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and be confident in dealing with clients and internal management.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies (AI SEO, Semantic SEO, Technical SEO)

•⁠ ⁠Lead and manage SEO campaigns to achieve measurable results

•⁠ ⁠Handle On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO optimization

•⁠ ⁠Conduct meetings with clients and the CEO regarding SEO strategies and progress

•⁠ ⁠Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization

•⁠ ⁠Monitor website performance and growth using SEO tools

•⁠ ⁠Ensure websites follow the latest search engine algorithms and best practices

Required Skills & Expertise:

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of AI SEO, Semantic SEO, Technical SEO, On-Page & Off-Page SEO

•⁠ ⁠Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, and Ahrefs

•⁠ ⁠Excellent English communication and presentation skills

•⁠ ⁠Strong SEO strategy development skills

•⁠ ⁠Data-driven and result-oriented mindset

•⁠ ⁠Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in SEO (preferably 3+ years)

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a night shift environment
