Are you a data-driven SEO expert with a passion for driving organic growth? We’re looking for a dynamic SEO Specialist, he leads on optimizing our digital footprint, improving search engine rankings, and delivering measurable impact on business growth.

As our Manager, Marketing – SEO Analytics and Optimization, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing end-to-end SEO strategies, conducting deep keyword research, managing both on-page and off-page SEO, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate our online presence. Your expertise will directly influence the success of our digital performance.

What You'll Do:

Drive SEO strategy using tools like GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console

Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis

Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for better rankings

Execute link-building strategies and fix technical SEO issues

Analyze traffic, behavior, and rankings to identify optimization opportunities

Work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams

Stay ahead of algorithm changes and evolving SEO trends CRO - Conversion Rate ( Optimization Conversion tracking - must have )

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of proven SEO experience (manager or analyst level)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

Strong command of SEO tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc.)

Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills

Experience with WordPress CMS and SEO plugins

A self-starter mindset with strong project management abilities

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi
