We are now looking for an exceptional SEO Specialist to join our team full-time.

The Role

This is not a theoretical SEO role. You will be working directly on US client accounts across competitive niches like legal. You will own campaigns end to end from audit to strategy to execution to reporting. Off-page SEO is the heartbeat of this role. If you cannot build links that move rankings, this is not the right fit.

We are looking for someone who has seen what works, knows what does not, and brings a sharp, data-driven approach to every campaign they touch.

What You'll Do

Off-Page SEO

• Design and execute full link building campaigns for US-based clients
• Prospect and outreach for high-authority guest post placements
• Secure niche edits, resource page links, and editorial backlinks
• Build and manage citation campaigns for local SEO clients
• Analyze competitor backlink profiles and reverse-engineer link gaps
• Maintain link velocity and anchor text diversity across client profiles
• Vet link quality: DA, DR, traffic, relevance, spam score

On-Page SEO

• Conduct deep keyword research targeting high-intent, commercial terms
• Write and optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking structures
• Perform content gap analysis and build topical authority strategies
• Build and execute semantic SEO frameworks: topic clusters, pillar pages, and entity-based content structures
• Map keyword intent across the full funnel and align content accordingly
• Develop internal linking architectures that distribute authority and reinforce topical relevance
• Identify semantic gaps in existing content and fix them to strengthen topical coverage
• Optimize existing content for rankings and conversions
• Manage URL structures, categories, and site architecture within WordPress

Technical SEO

• Run full technical audits using Screaming Frog and GSC
• Identify and fix crawlability, indexation, site speed, and Core Web Vitals issues
• Manage schema markup implementation
• Handle redirect strategies, canonicalization, and URL structure

Reporting & Communication

• Build clean weekly and monthly ranking and traffic reports
• Communicate progress and strategy clearly to clients
• Flag issues proactively - no surprises

AI Integration

• Use AI tools daily to speed up keyword research, content briefs, outreach copy, and reporting
• Continuously find ways to do more in less time using automation and AI workflows

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience working on real client accounts
• Proven off-page SEO expertise: you must be able to show link campaigns you ran and rankings you moved
• Deep knowledge of Google's ranking factors and algorithm updates
• Experience ranking keywords in competitive niches (legal, or local services preferred)
• Proficient with: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics
• Strong outreach skills: email outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building with site owners
• Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
• AI-adapted: actively uses ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools as part of daily workflow
• WordPress proficient
• Strong written English: able to write briefs, reports, and client-facing communication
• US market experience is a strong plus
• Self-managed, deadline-driven, no hand-holding needed
