Senior SEO Specialist (AI-Driven SEO)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Specialist with expertise in AI-driven SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern search algorithms, AI-powered search experiences, content optimization, technical SEO, and automation. This role requires someone who can independently develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic growth using the latest AI tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms to streamline keyword research, content planning, optimization, and SEO analysis.
• Optimize websites for traditional search engines as well as AI-powered search experiences, including AI Overviews and generative search platforms.
• Conduct advanced keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Build topical authority through content clusters and entity-based SEO strategies.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Perform technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for site performance improvements.
• Monitor website performance using analytics and SEO tools and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and execute internal linking, schema markup, and content optimization strategies.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve SEO workflows and productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, search engine algorithms, and SEO best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Proven experience with AI-powered SEO tools and workflows.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Surfer SEO, or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of search intent, topical authority, entity SEO, and E-E-A-T principles.
• Experience optimizing content for AI-generated search results and AI search platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing SEO for multiple websites or large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of programmatic SEO and SEO automation.
• Familiarity with Python, AI workflows, or automation tools is a plus.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, eCommerce, or digital marketing industries.
